What a great neighborhood place. I went in with a broken blender pitcher and I thought it would be complicated to take it apart. They changed it in about 3 seconds and just smiled. They didn't charge me, just said, "come back when you need a vacuum cleaner." And I will.

Great little Mom and Pop place. We bought a vacuum here. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He also has a parrot that he taught to speak in Russian. Who wouldn't want to buy something here?! He gave us a bargain and was thorough in his explanation of all the vacuum cleaners we were interested in. A great place.

We hired these guys to fix our fridge. The repair man was super friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and the rate was not bad. We're very happy to have a working fridge again and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service: Re: our four a/c window units, they were patient and informative when consulting with us on what to purchase, and timely, efficient, and polite when it came time to delivery and installation. We have used them several times for various appliances, and our experience has always been first rate.

I have the Miele washer ventless dryer stacked pair, which are terrific. But I was never happy with the installation and over the months it became clear that the units were not level. For the price of levelling the unit the technicians also checked it out thoroughly and gave me useful operation tips. They were punctual and extremely pleasant to deal with. I was able to get the appointment from a human on Saturday for Tuesday. I could not be happier with Expert Appliance Center.
